We could get some rain tomorrow and the fishing should be good this afternoon. The highs have been in the 50’s with warmer weather coming next week. The lake has been rising with little generation and is now 541.83 and has come up two feet from it’s low in January. It always comes up in February. The surface temperature is 45.5 and the water has a green stain. Some good fish are being caught in 80 feet of water 50 foot down over shad on spoons. Mostly big White Bass and Hybrids. White Bass and Big crappie are full of eggs and Kentucky Bass are pretty full. I will give it another try this afternoon. The sun is shining with a west wind. The spring is starting to fill up at Blackburns Resort.
