The sunset was beautiful and it was a great day to be out. Today is much cooler with warmer weather and some possible rain for this weekend. I will be out there when the low pressure starts to move in. I went bass fishing last evening with my new grub and it worked pretty well catching three keeper bass and several smaller ones. They all seemed to hit in 12-14 feet of water on steep banks. My friend Don caught some very nice crappie and furnished them to give to Bob Knight at KTLO who I promised several days ago and had not delivered yet. I will clean them this afternoon. He sure likes crappie and Kentucky Bass. So do I. This was about as nice of day as you could get. Wish you were here. Bink is on the Bass and Crappie. I am about to start on the jerk bait but not yet.

Nice Fish Bink. What is hanging out of the mouth?
when does the jerk bait bite get really going good. i think that would be a good time for me to visit
Next month jerk bait is at it’s prime.
