It started out a little cool but warmed up nicely. He likes to charge out there in the coldest time of the morning and come in when it gets warm. I like to go out when it is warm and come in when it starts to cool down. He says I need a change and we both catch a lot of fish. We always have to have a goal and our goal today was to catch as many varieties of fish as we could. We caught: Warmouth, Crappie, White Bass. Black Bass, Kentucky Bass, Bluegill and Striper. I let the biggest fish get off which was too big for the 1/4 ounce new Arkansas Shiner Spoon that he just got in yesterday. It works very well. I did not see what it was but the pull was impressive. Could have been anything as we were spooning brush piles. Bink has several clients coming in right after Christmas and wants to be ready for them. I bet he will. He is using the grub and spoon exclusively. What a nice day.

Yes, i was a witness to steve pole bent over double and the drag ripping out and woundering what he was fighting with on the other end of the pole. But like so many other times before the rod went( say no more )!!!!!!!
